French Property Agency provides a high quality and professional service aimed at clients who wish to search for and buy a French property with the least hassle and with total peace of mind.

We are a well established real estate agency with highly a successful track record and a reputation for excellent service. Our head offices are located in the Dordogne region of South-West France and our multi-lingual team bring together a combined experience of more than 35 years in the French property market.  French Property Agency is owned and run by a dynamic British couple who made the move to France at the beginning of the decade and who previously enjoyed succesful business careers within large and respected organisations.

There are no additional costs for our service!  All property prices for our properties are inclusive of the normal agency fees that are payable in any standard property transaction in France.  We work together with our chosen partner agents and our income is generated simply because, in return for our service, they share a percentage of the standard agency fees with us.  No hidden extras or charges to pay!

Each of our partner agents across France have been hand-picked for their excellent service, their superb property portfolios and their quality approach. Each offers complete end-to-end assistance with all aspects of your French property purchase from the initial selection, to completion of your purchase and often way beyond!

All of our partner agents offer a comprehensive bi-lingual service. All are fully licensed and officially registered French property professionals and real estate agents. Many of our agent partners are in fact British owned real estate agencies run by people who made the move to France themselves. As such they each know and love their regions of France intimately and will be able to relate to you in terms of your needs and requirements as overseas buyers.  We see this aspect of our approach as being critical to you the customer.
